On 14th August, the road cycling race in memory of Kamen Stanchev will take place in Samokov municipality. The race is organised by cycling club Vasil Levski - Sofia and Samokov Municipality. 

The race is open for youths and men on the track starting from Arena Samokov, through the village of Beli Iskar, Borovets resort and finishes again in Samokov. 

During the race, an additional start for amateurs and masters will also take place, starting from Arena Samokov and finishing in front of hotel Rila Borovets.

PRGORAM

12:00 - 13:00 - Handout of starting numbers in Tourist Center Samokov 

13:00 - Technical Conference in Tourist Center Samokov 

13:30 - Introducing the teams - square Zahari Zograff

14:30 - Start of amateurs up to 19 y.o., masters and amateurs up to 49 y.o and masters and amateurs above 49 y.o. on Iskar boulevard 

15:00 - Final in front of hotel Rila Borovets 

15:00 - Start of youths and men - Iskar boulevard, right turn on Vardar str., left turn on the road to Beli Iskar village, through Borovets resort and Samokov, left turn on Vardar str. The youths make 4 rounds with a  total of 100.8 km and men - 5 with a total of 126 km. 

The award ceremony will take place on Zahari Zograff square.
