The national festival “The Magic of Rila mountain” is one of the biggest summer events in Borovets and the region of Samokov. This year “The magic of Rila mountain” will be between 5^th and 7^th of July and will gather together many people who admire and protect the Bulgarian culture and traditions.

As every year, during “The magic of Rila mountain” dancers and traditional musicians will perform, artisans and herbalists will share their experience, Bulgarian painters and sculptors will show their masterpieces. During the festival many unprofessional dancers will take part in the dance competition for traditional Bulgarian dances on the stage.

For the festival  "Magic of Rila mountain" the price of the two-way ticket for gondola "Yastrebetz" will be discounted. For the weekend on 6th & 7th of July the price for Adults will be 10BGN, for children between 7 and 14 years old the price will be 4 BGN and the kids up to 7 years old will be free, as usual.
