Loyalty Program “Reload – Save – Win”

We are happy to announce our new loyalty program “Reload – Save – Win”. We created it to reward your loyalty to Borovets and to make your experience in the ski area of your favorite resort more affordable and exciting.

How can you take advantage of the program privileges?

Through your profile in the My Borovets mobile application, from where you reload reusable media (plastic cards). For each reload of a lift pass in your profile, you will receive points corresponding to the value of your purchase at a ratio of 10/1, namely: 10 euros spent = 1 point. The points collected by you after each purchase will be automatically loaded into your profile. With the points you can purchase lift passes in the application at the announced price list, with each point being equivalent to 1 euro. For example: with 40.85 points you can reload a morning lift pass for an adult, with 51.30 points – a full-day lift pass for an adult, with 22.8 points – an afternoon lift pass for a child, etc.

Additional privileges for the most active users:
If you accumulate 100 points in your profile during the Winter Season 2025/2026 (regardless of whether you have used them to reload lift passes or not), you unlock the right to activate Fast Track access for one plastic card from your profile to the two main lifts in Borovets – Yastrebets Gondola Lift and Martinovi Baraki Еxpress. Fast Track access for the selected card will be active with every reload during the following Winter Season 2026/2027. Fast Track access provides lift boarding without waiting in line and more time for fun on the slopes. Each profile may activate Fast Track access for only one of the plastic cards registered in the profile.

If during the winter season you have accumulated 50 points in your profile, you participate in a raffle with lift pass prizes for the next winter season.

Anyone who purchases a seasonal or annual lift pass (excluding those who purchase a permit for conducting business activities in the ski area and seniors aged 75+) will receive 100 points. These points can be used as described above, including the right to activate fast access for the seasonal or annual pass they purchased for the 2026/2027 winter season.
