Loyalty Program “Reload – Save – Win”

We created the “Reload – Save – Win” loyalty programme to reward your loyalty to Borovets and make every visit to the ski area even more rewarding.

How does the programme work?
Everything is managed through the My Borovets App.

Reload your lift pass
Use your account in the app to reload a registered reloadable ski pass with a 5% discount on the regular price of lift passes.

Earn points
With every reload, you earn points based on the value of your purchase:

€10 = 1 point
Points are automatically added to your account after each purchase.

Use your points
Each point is worth €1 and can be used to purchase lift passes through the app, according to the current price list.

For example
Adult full-day lift pass – €51.30 = 5.13 points in your account.

In short
Ski more, collect points and save up to 15% cumulatively on the regular price of lift passes.

Additional Benefits

The more points you collect during the winter season, the more benefits you unlock.

100 points = Fast Track Access
If you collect 100 points in your account during the 2026/2027 winter season, you will be entitled to activate Fast Track Access for one reusable ski pass registered in your account.

Fast Track Access is available at Borovets’ two main lifts:
Yastrebets Gondola Lift
Martinovi Baraki Chairlift

What do you get?
Every time you reload your selected ski pass during the 2027/2028 winter season, you will be able to use Fast Track Access and access the lift without waiting in the regular queue.

Spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the slopes.

Please note: Each account can activate Fast Track Access for one registered ski pass only.

Special Bonus for Season and Annual Lift Passes

Everyone who purchases a season or annual lift pass receives 100 points.

These points can be used as described above, including to activate Fast Track Access for the purchased season or annual lift pass for the 2027/2028 winter season.

Exception: The bonus does not apply to persons who have purchased a right to conduct business activities in the ski area or to pensioners aged 75 and over.

Prize Draw

If you collect more than 50 points during the winter season, you will automatically enter a prize draw.

50+ points = Entry into the prize draw
Prizes include lift passes for the following winter season.

Reload your lift pass → Save → Collect points → Win prizes

Your loyalty to Borovets comes with extra benefits and privileges!
