On Sunday 6th August the traditional celebration of Rila mountain will take place. Specially for the holiday all lift tickets in Borovets will be offered at 30% discount during the whole weekend. 

The celebrations date back from the 1925 and traditionally every year thousands of people gather to share their love for the mountain with a hike to the highest peak on the Balkans - Musala, followed by lots of music, entertainment and positive emotions. The celebrations start at 11am in front of Musala hut.
