For another year Borovets will host the state championship in ski mountaineering.

On December 18, 2022 Borovets will again host the race, organized by the Bulgarian Federation of Climbing and Mountaineering and Borosport AD.

The route of the race will start from the finish on the "Yastrebets 1" slope and will finish at the top of the slope. The length of the course is 3550 m and the vertical drop is 859m.

The chief judge of the race will be Petko Totev, and the trainer will be Nikolay Dikov.

The race is held with the support of Borosport AD, who provide the prizes for the winners.
