Information for all guests: COVID-19 

The health and safety of our guests and staff is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the  development of the pandemic Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the country and abroad, as well as the guidelines from the Bulgarian health authorities, the World Health Organisation and the local health departments. Therefore, we have taken strict but necessary measures to limit the spread of the pandemic and to ensure the wellbeing of our guests and staff.

Temporary closure 

• Hotel Rila, Borovets – closed from 19^th March.
• Ski-zone in Borovets mountain resort – closed from 17^th March.
• Hotel International Casino & Tower Suites, Golden Sands – closed from 12th March.
• The seasonal Grand Hotel Varna & Spa Resort, Sts. Constantine & Helena, is preparing for the summer season.

Cancellations 

All direct reservations, affected by the necessary closures, will be modified or cancelled. Our teams are available to assist with everything needed. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other tour operators are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

All unexpired or not fully used ski passes, except season passes, or ski services provided by Borosport will be refunded. All season pass owners will be able to use their passes throughout the 2020 summer season as well.  Everyone who has purchased ski services or lift passes via a tour operator, travel agency or another ski school, should contact the provider directly.

Future reservations 

The convenience and confidence of our guests is important for us. Therefore, our guest can confidently book their next mountain or seaside holiday at our rates with flexible cancellation policies.
