Dear guests,

In light of the closing of ski-zone Borovets as of 17 March, please be advised that:

• All Borosport activities and lift passes purchased from the Borosport ticket offices for the dates starting March 17 and the ones that have been used only partially through March 16, will be refunded at the Borosport ticket office inside the Rila Hotel until March 18 (Wedn.);
• All Borosport activities and lift passes purchased online for the dates starting March 17 and the ones that have been used only partially through March 16, can be refunded on your credit card if you send an e-mail request to info@borovets-bg.com

The above does not apply to:

• Borosport services and lift passes purchased through a tour operator, travel agency or another ski school.  Please contact them directly;
• Season passes: those will be valid also through the 2020 summer season.
