The Bulgarian ski legend Petar Popangelov and the future ski champions started the new season in the first mountain resort on the Balkans – Borovets.

The chairlift Yastrebetz Express welcomed the first keen skiers and snowboarders with excellent ski conditions, music and lots of good vibes. Petar Popangelov and the children from the ski clubs in Borovets opened the first chair tearing off the OPEN SEASON banner.

Ski runs “Yastrebets 3” and “Popangelov” await all fans of the snow sports, as well as the green “Rila” and “Rotata” and the blue slope “Iglika” with the servicing drag lifts are open.

The Gondola lift is also open this weekend for walks in the mountain.

The lift passes from 15th till 21st  of December will be offered at promotional prices at 30 BGN for adults and 15 BGN for children.

With favourable ski conditions, we hope that the rest of the ski zone, as well as the new high-speed six-seater “Martinovi Baraki Express” will be open very soon.
