The ski school reserves the right to assign a ski/snowboard instructor for the provision of the respective service, considering the current staff availability, the qualifications of the available instructors, and the operational needs of the school.

Payment for a ski/snowboard lesson does not guarantee you the right to choose a ski/snowboard instructor based on your personal preferences, including, but not limited to, gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, or other personal characteristics of the instructor.

Our ski school strictly adheres to the principles of equality and non-discrimination in the provision of services. The assignment of lessons to our ski/snowboard instructors is carried out based on professional criteria and organizational considerations.

Every user is obliged to appear at the agreed time and the agreed place for the start of the training, dressed in appropriate gear and equipment. In the event of a user being late by more than 5 minutes, non-appearance of a user, or appearance without appropriate gear and equipment, as well as in the event of non-use of the paid service for reasons for which the user is responsible, the ski school does not owe a refund of the paid price for the service or any other compensation.

Users are considered notified that the lack of opportunity to choose a ski/snowboard instructor based on personal preferences does not constitute a failure to fulfill the obligations under the service provision contract by the ski school and is not subject to compensation or refund of paid amounts.
"Borosport" AD is not liable, does not refund the value of the purchased services at the ski school, and does not owe any other compensation in the event that the purchased services cannot be used due to one or more of the following reasons:

1) Power outage;

2) Adverse weather conditions – strong wind, heavy snowfall, lack of snow, very low or very high temperatures, fog, torrential rain, and others;

3) Partial closure of the ski centers – individual ski runs and/or lifts, for safety reasons or for conducting sports competitions, training, and/or other events, and in hypotheses provided for by current legislation;

4) Closure of the ski area by an act of a state or municipal authority;

5) Illness or accident of the user occurring during the use of the service;

6) Termination of the use of the service before its validity expires by the person who purchased it, regardless of the reason necessitating this.

By making a payment for a ski/snowboard lesson, the user declares that they are familiar with and accept these rules for the provision of the service.
