Your health and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we would like to assure you that we monitor closely the development of COVID-19 pandemic and we have taken all necessary actions to ensure your safe stay in ski-zone Borovets, in the fresh air, sun and snow of the mountain.

Sanitisers are placed in the ski rentals and depots, the ticket offices, the ski school and the kindergarten. Antibacterial liquid soap is placed in all toilets in the ski-zone.

All ticket offices, ski rentals, the ski school and the kindergarten are disinfected regularly. The gondola lift cabins are disinfected as well.

Signs advising guests to keep a safe distance between each other are visibly placed at the bottom stations of the lifts, at the ticket offices and ski rentals. 

All events, such as ski races and the trainings of the ski clubs are cancelled. 

The staff are checked regularly for symptoms or possible contacts with people close to them who might have been exposed to people travelled to highly affected destinations. The staff is instructed and monitored regularly to follow all necessary hygiene measurement.

We follow all guidelines of the local authorities, as well as the World Health Organisation.
