Borovets hosted again the annual State Military Ski Championship. The first Bulgarian mountain  resort accepted the championship competitions on 28th and 29th of February

And this year the championship was held in the traditional categories:

• Giant Slalom
• Cross country skiing
• Slalom
• Ski orienteering

Over 110 competitors from 11 teams participated in the competition.

32 men and 26 women took part in the giant slalom. The men's champion was Anastas Kehayov with a time of 1:15.72 and the women's champion was Dayana Simeonova with a time of 1:13.12. 

In the cross country skiing discipline the competitors were 32, including 11 women. The first place was for Georgi Nemov, who finished the track with a time of 18:03.61.

Georgi Nemov took the first place in ski orienteering also.
